Broken glass should be placed into your recycling bin.
Pyrex glass should be placed into your general waste bin to be sent to landfill.
Glass containers should be rinsed to remove residue. Tip: you can use your left over washing up water for this.
Don’t forget to remove the lids!
Glass should never be placed in your FOGO bin. Glass contaminates the compost that is made from the contents of your FOGO bin.
Nobody wants glass in their compost!
